RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your TIANA JEWELLERY purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your set, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns:
• Unworn and New Condition: To be eligible for a return, the entire set (necklace and earrings) must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
• Original Packaging: The set must be returned in its original TIANA JEWELLERY packaging, including all protective materials and any accompanying documentation (e.g., care instructions, certificates).
• Complete Set: We only accept returns of complete sets (necklace and earrings). Individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
• Timeframe: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Exclusions:
• Earrings (Hygiene): For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings (even if part of a set) if they have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights if the earrings are faulty.
• Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@tianajewellery.co.uk to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to package your set securely.
3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the set arrives in perfect condition. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your returned set, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty set, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage or fault. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a full refund or replacement.
